Lahore up and running, PTI approach fascist: Pervaiz Rasheed.

ISLAMABAD -- Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rasheed has said Lahore was up and running, adding that PTI had adopted a fascist approach.

Rasheed added that PTI workers were burning tyres on the roads and had also pelted stones on metro buses.

He said PTI workers were also coercing people and stopping them from going to their workplaces.

He said PTI started violence today with pelting stones on the Metro Bus.

"Imran Khan's tigers started the violence but the government has not reacted", the minister said.

He also criticized media for showing only one side of the picture, saying it should also show the people who are enjoying breakfast with traditional 'Halwa Puri' which indicates normality in Lahore.

"What kind of peaceful protest is this where children are not sent to schools and markets are being forcibly closed", Rashid asked.

He said despite the shutdown call of PTI shops are opened in the city.
