Lady G drops in at school.

COVENTRY'S own Lady Godiva visited a primary school to see a collage featuring a slice of the city's history.

Pru Porretta, in her Lady Godiva outfit, went to Stoke Primary, Briton Road, Stoke, to see the final product of the school's Key Stage 1 Arts Week.

Every pupil helped create the collage, which shows Lady Godiva being spied upon by the legendary Peeping Tom.

Year two teacher Pam Coleman, who co-ordinated the collage project, said: "I wanted the children to create something which would help them learn about Coventry's heritage."

Pru added: "It's lovely to see all the different textures on the collage. They must be such creative children."
