At Labelexpo Americas, cab is debuting two new thermal printers along with its current offering of thermal printers and print-and-apply equipment. The new SQUIX printer is designed to be the next generation of industrial thermal printer. The Mach1 and Mach2 will enter cab into the desktop printer market with a robust and powerful product line.
Camelot is introducing a new product called "MetalCam." It's a vacuum metalized paper with a wide range of end use opportunities, Including wine and beer labels, cigarette liners, paint can labels and many other end uses. High-performance splicing, rewinding and tension control systems are being showcased at Labelexpo. Martin Automatic is introducing the new MLSW splicer for non-stop roll change of self-wound overlaminate films. The MLSW is a compact splicer designed to mount above a narrow web press, with ergonomic in-aisle splice preparation and automatic splicing at press speeds to 500 fpm (150 m/m). The MLSW complements the MBS automatic butt splicer and LRD automatic transfer rewinder, also on display at the booth, for continuous roll-to-roll production.

RFID Converting Line
At this year's Labelexpo Americas, Muhlbauer is presenting its RFID Converting Line CL light. The CL light is characterized by a combination of cost-efficient designs together with high flexibility in output configurations: dry inlay, wet inlay, smart labels from reel to reel. All processes are in one modular system: antenna web handling, label lamination, diecutting, as well as output testing. Prati is officially launching Digifast One at Labelexpo Americas, a digital finishing platform that features accuracy and productivity. According to the company, the Digifast One provides 40% better returns than previous technology. In addition, the machine features 8-minute job setup times and significant reductions in waste. The Digifast One is equipped with FastCut, an automated knife and counter-knife positioning device. This allows slit quality to achieve tighter tolerance levels.
