Labatt Ice expands in U.S. market.

Labatt Ice Beer will now be available in the northern and northeastern U.S., with national distribution to follow. "We believe that Labatt Ice Beer is the first truly breakthrough product in this category," said Rich Fogarty, president of Labatt's U.S.A. "Our new ice beer is a direct result of listening to beer drinkers and it underscores our on-going commitment to the consumer." Fogarty said that Labatt Ice will be supported by radio promotions and point-of-purchase displays, and said that the suggested retail price will be on par with Labatt's Blue.
