 LYNCH, JONES & RYAN EXPANDS BOND TRADING, HIRES GENERAL MANAGER
 FOR EUROPEAN OPERATIONS
 NEW YORK, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Lynch, Jones & Ryan, the international securities brokerage, announced today the broad expansion in two business areas, with the hiring of a senior bond trader and a London-based manager for its European operations. Richard Singer, 47, a long-time Wall Street veteran becomes vice president of Fixed Income Trading. In addition, Daniel Dayton, 52, will be posted to London to become vice president and general manager for Europe. He will be working with Michael Knoll, the firm's managing director international.

 Mr. Singer has extensive experience in the trading and sales of fixed income securiies in New York.
 Mr. Dayton has 20 years experience in the European investment community, where he was a founding governor of the Bond Club of London. In addition, Mr. Dayton has been involved in syndicate activities in New York for nearly 10 years.
