LUCAS OPENS GLOBAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERS

LUCAS OPENS GLOBAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERS
FARNBOROUGH, England, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Customer

Support Division of Lucas Aerospace announced that with immediate effect, it now has three Customer Service Centers on line and operating across the world with each offering an immediate single point of contact for any requirement customers may have.
The service centers are based in Stamford, Conn., Singapore, and West Bromwich, England. The three centers provide a global distribution service offering speedy and efficient customer inquiry and order handling. With global links, this new on-line system means that if a part is not immediately available than it can be sourced direct from the other two sites with the customer dealing only with their local center. Orders will be progressed in the same manner.
There is a working demonstration of the global distribution system on Lucas Stand Number A15 in Hall 1 of the Farnborough Air Show '92.
