 LUCAS INCREASES SERVICE AND SUPPORT IN ASIA-PACIFIC
 FARNBOROUGH, England, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lucas Customer


Service Center in Singapore, extended during the Asian Aerospace Exhibition in February 1992, has now further increased its capabilities by providing facilities for the repair and overhaul of the Lucas Air Equipment range of helicopter rescue hoists.
 The new hoist test rig, approved by both the FAA and the Singapore CAA, has a unique PC-based test program allowing diversification into other hoist types covering both military and civil applications.
 David Mitchell, general manager of Lucas Aerospace (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., said, "Our repair and overhaul facility provides a significant competitive advantage over our competitors who are not able to offer regionally based support with the quality and responsiveness we provide."
 The Lucas Aerospace Customer Support Division provides modification, repair and overhaul capabilities, as well as spare parts supply, integrated logistics, training, technical liaison and technical publications.
