LTX SHIPS SYNCHRO AC TO DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION

 WESTWOOD, Mass., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- LTX Corporation (OTC: LTXX) announced today that it has shipped a Synchro II AC mixed signal test system to Digital Equipment Corporation (NYSE: DEC). This system, valued at greater than $1 million, is being used to characterize and test mixed signal devices.
 Kevin Driscoll, business operations manager of Digital's Semiconductor Business Operations, commented: "We selected the Synchro because of LTX's extensive experience in testing mixed signal devices. Since we plan to use this system for a number of years, we especially appreciate LTX's long-standing commitment to providing modular product upgrades as new technologies develop."
