LTX RECEIVES MULTIPLE SYSTEMS ORDER FROM ROCKWELL

 WESTWOOD, Mass., Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- LTX Corporation (OTC: LTXX) announced today that it has received an order from Rockwell International Corporation (NYSE: ROK) for digital VLSI and mixed-signal test systems. Delivery of these systems is expected to be completed in the next 60 days.
 The Telecommunications Division of Rockwell has ordered a 160-pin Deltamaster digital VLSI test system, configured with two test heads. This system will be used to characterize and test Rockwell's digital signal processing (DSP) devices.
 Rockwell also has ordered a Synchro HT mixed-signal test system, that will be used to test facsimile, modem and Sigma Delta converter devices. Both systems are follow-on orders to systems delivered in 1992.
