LTX RECEIVES MULTIPLE SYSTEMS ORDER FROM MOTOROLA

 WESTWOOD, Mass., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- LTX Corporation (OTC: LTXX) announced today that it has received a multi-million dollar order from Motorola (NYSE: MOT) for multiple Synchro II mixed signal test systems. Deliveries to Motorola's Analog Integrated Circuits Division are scheduled to be completed during the next nine months.
 The Synchro II system, ordered by Motorola, is configured in a compact and cost effective design and features a new capability for the Synchro product family. This system integrates power instrumentation, provided on a per pin basis, to digital resources that are fully capable of testing the performance characteristics of microcontroller type devices.
 In conjunction with this order, LTX has completed an equipment purchase agreement (EPA), covering its linear and mixed signal test systems, with Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector. The EPA defines the business relationship between the two companies and the terms and conditions of current and future purchases of LTX linear and mixed signal test systems by Motorola.
