 LTX RECEIVES $5 MILLION ORDER FROM WESTERN DIGITAL
 WESTWOOD, Mass., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- LTX Corporation


(NASDAQ: LTXX) announced today that it has received an order, valued in excess of $5 million, from Western Digital Corporation (NYSE: WDC). The order is for multiple 128-pin Deltamaster digital VLSI test systems, configured with two test heads. The Deltamasters incorporate the HiPer(tm) pin card, a unique LTX option that maintains sharp digital signal quality at very high data rates. Western Digital plans to use the Deltamasters to characterize and production test high-performance custom and standard cell digital ASIC's. Deliveries under this order are scheduled to be completed within the next 90 days.
