 LTX REALIGNS SALES AND MARKETING ORGANIZATION
 WESTWOOD, Mass., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- LTX Corporation


(NASDAQ: LTXX) announced today the realignment of its sales and marketing organization as follows:
 -- Martin Francis, senior vice president, is responsible for all international sales and support. This includes LTX Co., Ltd., the company's majority-owned joint venture in Japan. Previously, he was vice president of European and Pacific Rim sales and support. He was elected senior vice president in November 1991.
 -- Kenneth E. Daub, vice president, is responsible for North American sales and support activities, a position he has held since May 1990. He joined the company in 1987 as vice president of Western Region sales. Previously, he spend 15 years in various senior sales, operations and marketing positions with the Sentry Division of Schlumberger.
 -- Clyde M. Armstrong, vice president, is responsible for all of LTX's marketing activities. Prior to this assignment, he had been responsible for Western Region sales activities since 1989. He was elected vice president of the company in December 1990.
 Messrs. Armstrong, Daub and Francis will report directly to Roger Blethen, senior vice president.
