LTX CORPORATION ELECTS TWO NEW DIRECTORS WESTWOOD, Mass., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Graham Miller, chairman
of the board and chief executive officer, announced today the election of Jacques Bouyer and Martin S. Francis to the board of directors of LTX Corporation (NASDAQ: LTXX).
Mr. Bouyer is presently chairman of the board of Philips Composants S.A. and previously served for more than five years as chief executive officer of that company. He is also a director of Richardson Electronics, Ltd., located in LaFox, Ill.; chairman of the French Electronics Industry Association and vice chairman and director of BIPE Institute of Economic and Market Research. Mr. Francis is presently a senior vice president of LTX responsible for International Sales and Support. Prior to joining LTX, he spent 15 years in various senior sales and marketing positions with International Computers, Ltd. LTX Corporation is a leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of computer-controlled equipment for testing linear, digital, mixed-signal and discrete devices.
