LOUISIANA-PACIFIC BOARD OF DIRECTORS DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

 PORTLAND, Ore., July 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Louisiana-Pacific Corp.'s (NYSE: LPX) board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.11 a share. The dividend will be paid Aug. 31, 1993 to stockholders of record on Aug. 13. The dividend rate reflects a two- for-one stock split issued by L-P in June of this year.
 Louisiana-Pacific is a major building products company known for its innovation in developing high-performance, affordable, environmentally sound construction materials.
