LOUIS RICH AND TICKETMASTER JOIN FORCES FOR $10 MILLION "TICKET TO SUMMER FUN" PROMOTION

 CHICAGO, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Despite national deficit driven austerity, Louis Rich turkey customers across the country may find themselves this summer enjoying more concerts, sporting events and theatre than ever before as a result of a first-of-its-kind $10 million promotional campaign announced today by Louis Rich and Ticketmaster.
 Beginning March 15 and running through the end of April, selected Louis Rich products will feature an on-pack instant win game offering $50 Ticketmaster gift certificates valid for tickets to any event Ticketmaster handles. In addition, customers can collect 10 proofs of purchase from any Louis Rich products to receive a free $5 Ticketmaster gift certificate.
 "The Ticket to Summer Fun" promotion provides an exciting and timely vehicle to offer customers additional value to our already high quality products," said Bryan Stockton, Louis Rich Vice President and General Manager.
 The promotion, developed and executed by IMPACT, Foote, Cone & Belding/Chicago's sales promotion unit, is the largest such effort ever undertaken by Louis Rich.
 "With the rising costs of entertainment, the opportunity to receive free Ticketmaster gift certificates is a valuable incentive," said IMPACT president Joseph Flanagan. "Matching such industry leaders as Louis Rich and Ticketmaster in a cross-marketing vehicle of this scope is truly a win-win situation."
 The Louis Rich "Ticket to Summer Fun" promotion will be supported by an extensive national promotional and print advertising campaign: Advertising will run in such publications as TV Guide, Parade Magazine and Ticketmaster's Entertainment Guide; in-store shopping carts and product displays will feature promotional messages; promotional inserts will be included in Ticketmaster ticket mailing envelopes; and promotional posters and an on-hold message will be featured at Ticketmaster outlets and phone systems.
