LLOYD'S CHAPTER 11 REORGANIZATION

 MIDDLETOWN, N.Y., March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Lloyd's Shopping Centers, Inc. has entered into a contract, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval, to sell its Newburgh shopping center premises to Partnership HT Acquisition Corporation, of 4053 Maple Road, Amherst, N.Y. 14226, for $8 million.
 United States Bankruptcy Court Judge Jeremiah E. Berk has ordered a hearing on May 11, 1993 at 2 p.m. at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, 176 Church Street, Poughkeepsie, N.Y. 12602, to consider Lloyd's application for approval of the contract of sale.
