LINTRONICS TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS A-MED AS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DEALER
 FOR SALE OF PRODUCTS
RAPID CITY, S.D., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Lintronics Technologies, Inc., a Florida corporation and recent acquisition of EVRO Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: EVRO), has announced the signing of a major medical equipment dealer, A-MED of Roanoke, Va., for the sale of their products in Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina. Lintronics, developers of two advanced breast examination technologies, the LINTRO-SCAN(R) and the MAMMO-SCAN(R) stated that the signing of A-MED represented a continuing effort by them to make these breakthrough technologies available to the public, with A-MED joining Lintronics' growing dealer base in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Illinois and Ohio.
"A-MED's President Greg Duty has over 24 years in the medical equipment field and an excellent reputation," stated David B. Howe, executive vice president of Lintronics, "and with the 19 experienced people who make up this company, we will have both an immediate impact on the medical community in his area, together with a first year sales commitment of over $4 million."
"With the current national focus on breast cancer, and the need to find procedures to support mammography and physical exams, we are certain that we have found an excellent technology in the LINTRO-SCAN(R)," Duty said, "and it is our belief that the LINTRO- SCAN(R) will prove invaluable in helping to examine breasts with implants, and that, together with its many patient-friendly features will make the LINTRO-SCAN(R) a vital part of every physician's office."
The LINTRO-SCAN(R) uses a patented high-intensity light source which illuminates the breast without radiation or compression. A specially designed near infrared camera captures the multiple images within the breast and projects them onto a video monitor in real time so that both patient and physician can view the testing as it is occurring. Since there is no radiation, the process is safe for women of all ages and conditions and can be administered as often as a physician deems necessary. Breast implants pose no appreciable problem.
"We are currently testing to see how effective the LINTRO-SCAN(R) is in finding leaks in breast implants," Howe reported, "and if our tests are as successful as we believe they will be, we will have still another contribution to advanced, safe breast imaging."
Lintronics' executive offices and assembly facility are located in Tampa, with its principal offices located at 10002 Princess Palm Ave., Suite 304, Tampa, FL 33619. The principal executive offices of EVRO Financial Corp. are located at 2218 Jackson Blvd., Suite 7, Rapid City, S.D. 57702.
