 What: The newest addition to Philadelphia's skyline:
 105-feet-tall Liberty Bell hot air balloon
 When Thursday, Jan. 9, 7:30 a.m.
 Where: Judge Lewis Quadrangle at Independence Mall,
 Philadelphia
 Details:
 Join Ben Franklin, Philadelphia Mayor Ed Rendell and Deptford, N.J., Mayor Beatrice Cerkez at the inflation of a 105-feet-tall, 40-feet-wide "Liberty Bell" hot air balloon in honor of the 200th anniversary of the first hot air balloon voyage.
 The media are invited to cover this event, a kickoff of the 1993 celebration marking aeronaut Jean Pierre Blanchard's 46-minute journey from Philadelphia to Deptford at the behest of President George Washington. Plans for next year's national celebration include the first national convention of the Balloon Federation of America, in Philadelphia, as well as a tradeshow and an exposition highlighting the history of aviation and ballooning.
