LI's Main attraction.

Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate Long Island announced that its property at 31 West Main Street in Patchogue is almost at full occupancy.

When The Company's property management arm, Soundview Property Management, purchased the building in December of 2004, 10,800 s/f of space was vacant.

Today, the 27,000 s/f mixed used building has eight new tenants and just 600 square feet of vacant space. According to CRES President Paul Elliott, upon assuming ownership, Soundview initiated major renovations and, with each new tenant, came custom renovations to accommodate the tenant's individual specifications.
