LETTER: Ban fireworks.

Byline: Sharon Jones-Williams

LET'S all now forget about speedcameras, they will always be there and they do deter speeding. Let's all get together and vent our anger on something that does kill youngster, maim and makes life totally miserable for older and younger people alike, let's campaign to have fireworks totally banned for sale in shops.

We can all go to safer public venues which are a controlled environment. It would certainly make Halloween a better night or actually the three weeks that covers Halloween and Bonfire night, save a lot of injuries, stop the young chucking them around and also save the police and firemen a lot of grief.
