 LEONARD R. JASKOL NAMED TO ROGERS' BOARD
 ROGERS, Conn., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of


Rogers Corporation (AMEX: ROG) has elected Leonard R. Jaskol as a director replacing Dr. Brage Golding who has left the board after serving for 19 years. Dr. Golding would have reached mandatory retirement age in March of 1993.
 Jaskol is chairman and chief executive officer of Lydall, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company, headquartered in Manchester, Conn. He joined Lydall in 1973 and has been instrumental in its growth from a small, diversified manufacturer to a a $150 million manufacturer of technologically advanced, fiber-based materials. Before joining Lydall, Jaskol was associated with the International Paper Company and previous to that with Indian Head, Inc.
 Speaking for the board of directors, Harry Birkenruth, president and CEO of Rogers Corporation, stated, "We express our deep appreciation to Dr. Brage Golding for his many contributions over his 19 years of service to our company and look forward to Leonard Jaskol's service on our board.  Rogers Corporation is a manufacturer of specialty polymer composite materials and components for the computer, automotive, and telecommunications markets. Sales in 1991 were $182,352,000.
