LEGISLATE CAN RULE.
LEGISLATE (3.25) is fancied to lay down the law in the 1m2f handicap at Windsor today. The Barry Hills-trained colt will appreciate the return to quicker ground after getting stuck in the mud in a strongly contested event at Newbury last time.
His earlier form, notably his third in a hot handicap at Newmarket's Craven meeting, makes him the one to beat in this less competitive affair.
The Which Doctor (4.35) has a good record fresh and looks capable of conceding weight all round for the in-form Jeremy Noseda stable.
