LEARN2.COM, BEYOND.COM PARTNER TO SELL LEARNING PRODUCTS TO GOVT. AGENCIES.

Learn2.com Corp., the White Plains, N.Y., provider of e-learning solutions and IT training products, and the government division of Internet software superstore Beyond.com have forged a two-year agreement under which Beyond.com will sell Learn2.com self-paced e-learning courseware to federal government agencies. Learn2.com estimates the volume of government purchases through the agreement will be at least $3.5 million over two years.

Under the pact, Learn2.com training courseware will be added as a line item into Beyond.com's GSA schedule and will be incorporated into government bids as the "Beyond.com Deluxe Training Library." The library consists of 57 Learn2.com learning titles, including Microsoft Office 97 or 2000, the Internet, Lotus Notes, and PhotoShop. Clients will have the option of selecting Internet, CD-ROM, Video, or LAN delivery of training courseware. Beyond.com currently has software delivery agreements with the Defense Logistics Agency, Internal Revenue Service, Patent and Trademark Office, Dept. of Defense, and National Imaging and Mapping Agency.

"This contract and relationship is very strategic for our company," says Kevin Riley, executive vice president of Sales and Marketing at Learn2.com. "Beyond.com has enjoyed a lot of success in the federal market this year receiving multimillion dollar contracts with high profile agencies. Our product line-up coupled with Beyond.com digital download capabilities will allow government agencies to have an end-to-end solution for their employees' software and training needs."

"We are pleased to partner with Learn2.com," adds Steven Cooker, vice president of Government Sales for Beyond.com. "Learn2.com's high-quality courseware will strengthen our Internet based training offering and provide us with a complete selection of productivity-enhancing training tools and products for our government clients."
