LEADING ENTERTAINMENT, FRANCHISE AND CORPORATE LAWYERS ANNOUNCE THE FORMATION OF NEW LAW FIRM

 NEW YORK, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The formation of Kaufmann, Feiner, Yamin, Gildin & Robbins (with Edward E. Colton serving of counsel), a New York-based law firm serving the entertainment, fashion, licensing, corporate and securities industries, was announced today by the partners of the newly created firm.
 The new firm will concentrate in the fields of corporate and commercial transactions, entertainment law, franchising, securities offerings, licensing and distribution, securities arbitration, theatrical syndications, litigation and appeals.
 Kaufmann, Feiner, Yamin, Gildin & Robbins brings together former partners and associates from Colton, Hartnick, Yamin & Sheresky, one of the country's most prestigious entertainment, fashion, licensing and corporate law firms, with partners and an associate of Kaufmann, Gildin & Carlin, one of the nation's leading franchise, licensing, distribution and litigation law firms.
 The newly-formed firm will bring together the high profile entertainment, fashion and licensing clients of the former Colton firm such as The Shubert Organization, Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Thierry Mugler, Harold Prince, Raffi, Bob Vila, Mummenschanz, The Dramatists Guild Motion Picture Negotiator, Kasper, Sam & Libby, Landmark Entertainment Group, The Big Apple Circus and the South Carolina Educational Television Network.
 The new firm will continue to represent the nationally recognized franchise clients of Kaufmann's firm including Pepsico, Pizza Hut, The Southland Corporation (7-Eleven), Pearle Vision, Hilton Hotels, Union Carbide, Howard Johnson Franchise Systems, Western Union Financial Services, Days Inns of America, Meineke Mufflers, Esprit, Ramada Franchise Systems and Carvel Corporation.
 Commenting on the formation of the new firm, David J.
