LE PEEP ANNOUNCES IT WILL GIVE EXISTING FRANCHISEES OPTIONS
 TO CONVERT THEIR FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
DENVER, March 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Le Peep Restaurants Inc. today announced it will give its existing franchisees options to either convert their franchise agreement to a license agreement, terminate their franchise agreement or continue their franchise agreement under its existing terms and conditions.
This proposal will allow Le Peep Restaurants' franchisees to again determine what relationship, if any, they desire with Le Peep and to concentrate their efforts in their chosen direction. Under this proposal, the conversion to a license agreement would reduce the royalty and likewise, the support and services provided, while allowing the licensees to use the trademarks and trade names. The franchise termination alternative would require the franchisee to discontinue the use of Le Peep trademarks, trade names and service system and convert the facility to another business use.
Le Peep describes this proposal as a way to allow the franchisees to choose the business future they feel best will allow them to grow and maximize their opportunities.
