LCI INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES 'INTEGRITY' AS AN 'ALL-IN-ONE' TELECOMMUNICATIONS SOLUTION FOR BUSINESSES OF ALL SIZES

 DUBLIN, Ohio, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- LCI International (NASDAQ-NMS: LCII) today announced a new business service called "Integrity"(TM) for the long distance market which offers cost-saving measures and overall simplicity to businesses of all sizes.
 Integrity is an innovative "all-in-one" telecommunications solution offering numerous customer-oriented features including a simple, flat- rated pricing plan.
 Integrity offers simple, straight-forward pricing and discounts which reward customers for their total long distance business for all services. Integrity also allows all of the customer's long-distance telecommunications usage to contribute toward their volume discount level. For example, customers who use multiple services like 1+, 800, travel card, international and private line will receive discounts based on the total dollar volume of all of those services together, not each individually.
 Customers who select term agreements will receive higher discount levels and a guarantee that their rates will never be raised, nor will their discounts be lowered, during the term of the agreement. There also will be numerous enhancements to billing and reporting to make it easier for businesses to track and manage their telecommunications costs.
