LC in the spotlight.

Gearing up for the LC exam? Then be sure to visit the Spotlight Lounge (Tuesday, April 23, 1:00 p.m.-1:45 p.m.) to learn more about a new study group program from the IES.

The IES is inaugurating a Study Group Curriculum to deliver standardized, instructor-led content to lighting practitioners who are preparing for the NCQLP Lighting Certification exam. Using a live web-based platform, weekly sessions (starting in the fall) will focus on salient topics typically covered by the LC exam.

Study groups facilitated by experienced lighting practitioners (who have attained Lighting Certification) are of value to anyone preparing for the NCQLP exam; this curriculum is intended to support local study groups, as well as individuals who do not have access to a group.

A raffle will also be held for an IES Lighting Handbook, 10th Edition during the Special Event at LIGHTFAIR.

Study groups are in no way associated with NCQLP, nor does participation in these sessions guarantee examination success.
