LAW FIRM OFFERS PLACEMENTS TO TOP UNIVERSITY CANDIDATES.
The practice, which has a specialist sports department, is keen to develop the pipeline of talent in the sector.
The Cassell Moore Prize, which is being offered to students studying sports law modules, will be awarded twice a year to students following panel interviews.
James Chamberlain, an LLB Law student in his third year, was the first student to participate in the programme having recently completed a week's work placement.
During this week he shadowed Gareth Farrelly, an Edge Hill University alumnus and former Everton footballer, who is completing his training contract at Cassell Moore. James said: "There are so few opportunities to gain work experience in sports law so I feel very fortunate to have been given this opportunity."
