LAW FIRM OF GREENFIELD & CHIMICLES TERMINATED; TWO NEW LAW FIRMS FORMED

 HAVERFORD, Pa., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Haverford-based law firm of Greenfield & Chimicles has been terminated effective June 26, 1993, and two new law firms have been formed.
 Most of the former Greenfield & Chimicles lawyers will continue the former firm's practice from its offices in Haverford; Wilmington, Del.; West Palm Beach, Fla., and Los Angeles.
 Nicholas E. Chimicles, chairman of the Executive Committee of the new firm, announced that the firm will practice under the name of Chimicles, Burt, Jacobsen and McNew. Richard D. Greenfield, who announced his desire to pursue other interests and to continue a limited practice in a smaller practice environment, has organized the firm of Richard D. Greenfield & Partners, with offices in Haverford.
 Each of the new firms will continue to practice principally in the area of securities, consumer antitrust and environmental class action litigation.
