LATTICE SEMICONDUCTOR FINANCE VP TO DEPART

 HILLSBORO, Ore., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: LSCC) announced today that Jan Johannessen, vice president of finance and administration has resigned from the company after an extended leave of absence to pursue personal interests. Johannessen first joined the company shortly after its inception in 1983. An internal and external search is currently underway to replace Johannessen.
 "Jan has certainly made a number of significant contributions in his tenure at Lattice Semiconductor. The strong financial management team that he has built is well-prepared to take us forward. We wish Jan the best in his future endeavors," stated Lattice's president and chief executive officer, Cyrus Y. Tsui.
