 LASERTECHNICS ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT
 ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors


has accepted the resignation of Louis F. Bieck, Jr. as president and chief executive officer of Lasertechnics, Inc. (NASDAQ: LASX) effective Sept. 22, 1992. Mr. Bieck has held this position since 1986.
 Eugene A. Bourque will continue as the chief financial officer and in addition has been appointed acting president. He will be responsible for all the operational duties in Lasertechnics. Mr. Bourque joined the company in 1987 as manager of finance. He was named vice president and chief financial officer in 1988.
 Richard Clarke, chairman since March 1990 and a director since 1988, will become chief executive officer as well and Harrison Schmitt, a director since 1983, has been appointed vice chairman.
 Lasertechnics manufactures pulsed-CO2 laser marking systems and digital image printers.
