LAR: WE'LL BEAT CATS.

Byline: PAT NOLAN

LAR CORBETT believes Tipperary can topple Kilkenny after hurling's big two progressed to provincial finals over the weekend.

Tipperary didn't have it nearly as easy as Kilkenny as they ground out a one-point win over Cork, a day after the All-Ireland champions had 18 points to spare on Dublin.

But Corbett maintains that Tipp can repeat their 2010 heroics and slay the Cats once again this year. "Well, we have to believe," he said. "That's it. We really believe."

Tipp face Waterford in the Munster final back at Pairc Ui Chaoimh on July 15 following yesterday's win on Leeside, while this morning's qualifier draw will see Cork and Clare paired off against Dublin and Offaly.
