LANIER COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION SERVICE COMPANY

 ATLANTA, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Lanier Worldwide, Inc., a subsidiary of Harris Corporation (NYSE: HRS), announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of ML&M, Inc., an international medical records transcription company headquartered in Atlanta. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
 In October, Lanier announced that it had signed an agreement in principal to acquire ML&M as part of its strategy of expansion in the rapidly growing records processing market. ML&M provides medical transcription services to hospitals and other healthcare organizations in the United States and overseas.
 Lanier Worldwide, Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, globally markets, sells and services an award-winning array of office solutions including copying systems, facsimile systems, dictation systems, information management systems, presentation systems, voice mail, continuous recording systems, PC-based healthcare solutions and supplies through direct offices and authorized dealers/distributors.
