LANCE S. LIPKUS NAMED VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS PLANNING, DYNAIR TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL, INC.

 RESTON, Va., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- DynAir Technologies International, Inc. (DTI), a subsidiary of DynCorp's Commercial Aviation Services Group, announced today that Lance S. Lipkus has joined the company as vice president, operations planning. Lipkus will be responsible for airline and airport cost reduction programs, quality assurance, planning, and operating systems.
 Lipkus brings to DTI an extensive background in engineering and airline operations. Prior to joining DynCorp, he worked for both Pan American World Airways, Inc., and American Airlines. Lipkus most recently served as Pan Am's managing director of operations.
 According to DTI President Pete Runnette: "Lipkus is a great asset to DTI. His engineering and systems background combined with his thorough knowledge of airline operations add significantly to DTI's capabilities. Furthermore, as we focus on cost reduction through automated manpower planning for our customers, Lipkus' skills will be invaluable."
 DTI, DynAir's consulting arm, provides consulting and technical assistance to airlines, aircraft lessors, government agencies and operators of transport category aircraft worldwide.
