LADY LUCK GRANTED GAMING LICENSE FOR BILOXI CASINO

 LAS VEGAS, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Lady Luck Gaming Corp. (NASDAQ-NMS: LUCK) announced today that a Mississippi subsidiary received a gaming license from the Mississippi Gaming Commission to operate a casino in Biloxi, Miss. The casino will open subject to final inspection by the executive director of the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
 Lady Luck Biloxi will operate under a classic Asian theme. It will be an approximately 40,000 square-foot, two-story dockside facility with approximately 21,000 square feet of gaming space. Lady Luck Biloxi will have 660 slot machines and 40 table games. The casino is located along the Point Cadet "Strip" of casinos.
 "Lady Luck Biloxi will be the fourth casino that we have opened in the last 10 months," said Chairman Andy Tompkins, "We hope to continue our rapid growth by opening up to four casinos by the end of next year."
 Lady Luck Gaming Corp. develops, owns and operates casinos, including casinos in Natchez and Tunica, Miss., and Central City, Colo., and is currently in the process of developing several sites in emerging gaming jurisdictions including Missouri and Mississippi.
