LADY LUCK BILOXI SCHEDULED FOR DEC. 13 OPENING

BILOXI, Miss., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Lady Luck Gaming Corp. (NASDAQ-NMS: LUCK) announced today that Lady Luck Biloxi will open today, unveiling its latest accomplishment in riverboat experiences. The casino will open for three days and, under Mississippi law, it will close allowing state authorities to run a routine, 48-hour inspection, before opening permanently.
"Our Biloxi property is much more than a casino," says Lady Luck Chairman Andrew Tompkins. "It's an experience with every detail paying notice to our Asian theme."
Lady Luck Biloxi will feature a classic Asian theme complete with a fire-breathing dragon that will emerge from the water. Located along the Point Cadet "Strip" of Casinos, the riverboat is a 40,000-square- foot, two-story dockside facility with approximately 21,000 square feet of gaming space, 660 slot machines and 40 table games.
The Biloxi property will also offer the renowned dining experience of the Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant. A part of the Biloxi community for the past 40 years, Lady Luck's Wharf has been renovated and expanded. According to Tompkins, guests will enjoy the same great food and service but in a newly restored atmosphere.
"Lady Luck is very proud to be a part of Mississippi's gaming experience," says Tompkins. "Our Biloxi casino creates 800 new jobs and our four new developments underway will position Lady Luck as one of the leaders in the Mississippi gaming industry."
Lady Luck Gaming Corp. develops, owns and operates casinos in Natchez, Tunica and Biloxi, Miss., and Central City, Colo. Currently, the corporation is developing several sites in emerging gaming jurisdictions including Missouri and Mississippi. Lady Luck employs approximately 3,000 people nationwide, including 2,000 Mississippi-based employees.
