 LADBROKE RACING CORPORATION'S FIFTH OFF-TRACK
 WAGERING LOCATION OPENS NOV. 21 IN MOON TOWNSHIP
 MEADOW LANDS, Pa., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Ladbroke Racing Corporation announced today that is fifth off-track wagering location, in Moon Township, Allegheny County, will open for business on Saturday, Nov. 21.
 The opening of the Ladbrokes-Moon Township facility will create approximately 100 jobs.
 Ladbrokes-Moon Township will offer simulcasting and wagering of races from Ladbroke at The Meadows and Pocono Downs, the two harness racetracks in Pennsylvania, and from Philadelphia Park and Penn National, the two thoroughbred tracks in Pennsylvania. The 19,500- square-foot building is located next to the West Hills Shopping Center on Beers School Road.
 Ladbroke Racing Corporation currently operates off-track wagering facilities in New Castle, Greensburg, Harmar Township and Johnstown. The newest location will be the fifth. Legislation permits the corporation to operate six such facilities, and the last has yet to be determined.
 Patrons will be able to watch and wager on the races from any of 206 television monitors located throughout the facility. Patrons will be able to dine in a full-service restaurant or in a bar or cafe. There will be 19 pari-mutuel stations located within the facility.
 A special by-invitation-only V.I.P. party will be held on Friday night, Nov. 20, for local dignitaries. The corporation plans to make a charitable dontation to the Allegheny Valley School via a portion of the proceeds from the Nov. 20 event.
