 LACTC TO ANNOUNCE A PROGRAM TO PROVIDE FREE TAXI SERVICES
 FOR FAMILIES AFFECTED BY THE CIVIL DISTURBANCES
 WHAT: In keeping its commitment to help rebuild L.A., the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission (LACTC) will announce a program to provide free taxi services for families affected by the civil disturbances of April 1992.
