Kyrgyz film director plans to turn Kyrgyzstan into Hollywood.

"We will build Hollywood in Kyrgyzstan," film director Ernest Abdyjaparov told news conference today in Bishkek focused on prospects of development of Kyrgyz movie industry. Half of the population of the country will be involved into movie industry, the film director assumed. Ernest Abdyjaparov plans to realize these plans by giving master classes. "I have developed a training methodology based on Ron Habbard's philosophy for people willing to make films," he said. "For seven days people who were far from film making before were able to make 13 two-minute films," he added. The first film festival of master class students will take place in Bishkek Cinema House on November 15.Show Business KG Center Director General Azamat Kurmanaliev supported this initiative. Kyrgyzstan is rich with talented people, he said. "We have many talented people who leave the country gaining no support here. Ernest Abdyjaparov supports such people and they stay here," he said.
