TOKYO - Mitsubishi Electric Corp. said it has clinched a 4.4 billion yen order from the United Arab Emirates' Dubai Electricity & Water Authority for two large static volt-ampere reactive compensators, known as SVCs.
---------- Satake to build rice mill for Cambodian firm next year
TOKYO - Satake Corp. said it has landed a contract to construct a large rice mill for a Phnom Penh-based firm by September next year for some $3 million.
---------- Kintetsu to sell 3 mil. yen "lucky bags"
OSAKA - Kintetsu Department Store Co. said it will sell eight "lucky bags" priced at 3 million yen each to mark Kintetsu Corp.'s construction of Japan's tallest skyscraper that will be 300 meters high and located in Osaka.
