Kuzmak-Williams established.

A new commercial real estate asset management company has been formed by David Kuzmak and Jim Williams, two partners with over 42 years of combined real estate experience. The new company, Kuzmak-Williams & Associates, will provide commercial and retail property management, leasing and sales brokerage and development services throughout New England.

The company has offices at 750 Main Street, Hartford, and 140 Glastonbury Boulevard, Glastonbury.

Kuzmak-Williams & Associates today manages 700,000 square feet of office and retail property including Somerset Square, Glastonbury, Metro Square, Middletown, The Shops at River Park, Avon, and office buildings in Avon, Farmington, Hartford and Wallingford.

Partner David Kuzmak, has 25 years of commercial leasing and sales brokerage and development experience. Prior to forming Kuzmak-Williams he owned Kuzmak Properties, Inc. and was president of Monitor Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Bronson & Hutensky. He was also a vice president in the real estate division
