Kuwaiti Amir orders seven flights to transport Kuwaiti fans to attend match versus the UAE.

Kuwait: Jan. 14 -- (BNA) Reliant upon directives from His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jabir Al-Sabah the Amir of the sisterly State of Kuwait, and also upon instructions from His Highness Sheikh Jabir Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah the Kuwaiti Prime Minister, the Kuwaiti General Organization for Youth and Sports (KGOYS) will organize seven flights to the Kingdom of Bahrain tomorrow to support the Kuwaiti national football team during their match with their UAE counterpart in the semi-finals of (Khaleeji21) Championship currently hosted in Manama.

The chairman of the board of directors of the Kuwaiti General Organization for Youth and Sports, Mr. Faisal Al-Jazzaf, in a press statement today, said that the Amiri grant had allocated a number of airplanes for conveyance of Kuwaiti fans who attended the previous three matches of the Kuwaiti national football team which had the greatest impact on the positive results achieved and culminated in reaching the semi-finale of the championship, hoping that the Kuwaiti national football team will successfully pass this difficult phase to reach the championship's finale.(IY)
