Kuwait stock market up 0.07 percent this week - report.

| KUWAIT, Feb 1 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) price index increased this week by 0.07 to close at 5856.4 points, a specialized economic report showed Wednesday. The report, issued by Markaz Financial Center, noted that the weighted index declined by 0.14 to close at 404.5 points.

The average traded value retreated by 7.5 percent this week to hit KD 29.6 million, it pointed out.

It showed that 1.2 billion shares have changed hands at a total value of KD 118.6 million.

The investment and services sectors accounted for 30 and 24 percent of the market liquidity this week.
