Kurds want constitutional rights, Baghdad denies, Njirvan Barzani.

ARBIL/ Aswat al-Iraq: Kurdish Premier Njirvan Barzani stated that the Kurds are "trying to get their constitutional rights, but Baghdad wants to control everything".During attending a parliamentary session, today, he stressed the importance of the "energy question as a constitutional right stipulated since 2004"."The energy question has nothing to do with any person or party, but is connected with the Kurdish region, in general", he confirmed.Barzani pointed out that the Kurds are not looking to the matter as a way to independence, but "as a constitutional right stipulated since 2004".607
