Ku6 Media 3Q 2012 revenues up over previous quarter.

Ku6 Media Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: KUTV) said that revenues were $3.06 million (RMB19.21 million) in the third quarter of 2012, representing an increase of 0.9% from $3.03 million in the second quarter of 2012 and a decrease of 27.7% from $4.23 million in the third quarter of 2011.

GAAP net loss was $3.25 million (RMB20.43 million), as compared to a net loss of $1.47 million in the second quarter of 2012 and $12.98 million in the third quarter of 2011. Non-GAAP net loss, which the company defines as net loss excluding share-based compensation expenses, was $3.26 million (RMB20.46 million) in the third quarter of 2012, as compared to non-GAAP net loss of $1.53 million in the second quarter of 2012 and $12.52 million in the third quarter of 2011.

Basic and diluted loss per ADS was $0.07 (RMB0.44) in the third quarter of 2012, as compared to $0.03 in the second quarter of 2012 and $0.26 in the third quarter of 2011.
