20 September 2018 - Japanese technology company Konica Minolta's US-based IT services, printer and copier provider subsidiary has acquired Lexington, Kentucky-based document management business VeBridge Holdings, Inc., the company said.
VeBridge specialises in enterprise content management, business process automation and outsourcing, and document conversion services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
VeBridge was founded in 1998.
Through its ECM Business Development initiative, Konica Minolta said it is continually identifying companies with complementary services to support its national expansion of the ECM practice.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA offers a smart office product portfolio that includes IT Services (All Covered), ECM, Managed Print Services and industrial and commercial print solutions.
