Knife rampage.

A TEENAGER will appear in court today charged with seven counts of attempted murder after a series of stabbings.

Raheem Nawaz, 19, from Keighley, West Yorks, was charged with the offences following the attacks on Thursday night and early Friday morning which left eight injured.

Two victims remained in hospital today, a 44-year-old woman who is in a serious but stable condition, and a 24year-old man who was also described as stable.

Nawaz will appear before Keighley magistrates.

West Yorkshire Police were initially called after reports that a 24year-old man had received stab wounds . Just over two hours later, a second incident happened in which "a further seven members of the public received knife injuries," officers said.
