Karen Doskow, a well-known authority within the personal care, home fragrances, beauty devices and professional skin care industries, has been promoted to director, Consumer Products in Kline's Market Research division. She has been with Kline for 19 years and during her tenure, has designed, developed and elevated many of Kline's titles into perennial bestsellers, including Professional Skin Care, Beauty Devices, and Home Fragrances. In 2011, she supervised a first-of-its-kind report on the market for at-home skin care devices.

Doskow reports to Carrie Mellage, vice president, Consumer Products, and will have greater responsibility for the overall Consumer Products group and for ensuring that Kline meets its collective revenue targets. In her new role as director, she will also be accountable for bringing new report concepts to market, particularly in the beauty industry.
