Kislev Management, new firm, division of JHS Management.

James J. Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors and Stewart Alpert, Joel Leder and Harvey D. Wolinetz, have announced the formation of a new management company Kislev Management Corp., a division of JHS Management Corp.

The new entity is a joint venture between the principals of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, James G. Houlihan, Howard L. Parnes, James J. Houlihan, and Stewart Alpert, Joel Leder and Harvey D. Wolinetz.

The principals bring a wide range of experience in real estate management, brokerage, co-oping, co-op management, rehabilitation and development, and all phases of real estate accounting to deal with the complexities of a modern real estate management operation. One of the specific areas of specialization will be work-outs and turnarounds of distressed properties held by institutions.

Currently the company is managing a mix of mid-sized commercial buildings, existing co-operative apartment buildings, unsold co-op shares, retail stores, and multiple family residential properties in the New York metropolitan area.

In addition to computerized tracking of collections and repair complaints, monitoring of expenses, and updates and price analysis comparisons of various expense categories.
