Memory products manufacturer Kingston Technology announced on Thursday (13 October) the release of ValueRAM DDR2 667-MHz (PC2-6400) memory modules.

According to the company, the new Kingston Technology ValueRAM 667-MHz DDR2 unbuffered SO-DIMM modules, were designed to support next generation notebook and mobile systems. The modules are available in 256-MB, 512-MB and 1-GB capacities.

Pricing is GBP36 for 256MB capacity, GBP53 for 512GB capacity and GBP102 for 1GB capacity. The modules are shipping immediately in limited quantity, the company claims.
